I forgot my password

Write to us from the e-mail address on your account and we will send you a reset link.

How do I add someone from my team?

Open Team in the panel and add the person with their name and e-mail. They get their own sign-in and see only what you allow.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. Open the panel in your phone's browser and choose Add to Home Screen. It opens full screen, with its own icon, like any other app.

How does billing work?

The subscription is monthly and processed by Stripe. You can cancel whenever you want; the account stays open until the end of the period you already paid for.

I want to delete my account and my data

Write to contact@greatconnecthub.com asking for deletion. We confirm, close the account and remove your business data within 90 days.

Something is broken

Tell us what you were doing, on which screen, and roughly what time it happened. A screenshot helps a lot. That is usually enough for us to find it.
