GCH Cleaner is a scheduling and management tool for cleaning companies, operated by Great Connect Hub. This policy explains what the service stores, why it stores it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written in plain language on purpose.

This information belongs to your company. We process it so the service can work for you, and we do not use it for anything else.
Location is read only while you are using those features. It is never used for advertising and never used to track you across other apps or websites.
The app can send appointment reminders and service notifications by WhatsApp, e-mail or push notification. These are sent only to the numbers and addresses you enter, only for the appointments you create, and only when you turn the feature on. You can turn reminders off at any time inside the app.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's own pages and never reach our servers. We store only the subscription identifiers Stripe gives us and whether the account is paid, in trial or overdue. Only the business owner pays a subscription — your clients are never charged anything through the app.
We reserve the right to show promotions and suggestions for our own plans and features on the app's own promotions page. These are our own offers, shown inside the app. They are not personalised by selling or sharing your data, and no advertising network is involved.
Only people you give access to inside your own company account, and the service providers we need to run the product: our hosting provider, Stripe for payments, and e-mail delivery for the messages the system sends you. Each account is isolated from the others.
We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you close your account, we remove your business data within 90 days, except for records we are legally required to keep, such as invoicing history.
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, export it, or delete it.
Deleting your account. You can delete your account and all of its data from inside the app, in your account settings. You can also write to contact@greatconnecthub.com and we will delete it for you — we confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
All traffic runs over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed. Sign-in attempts are rate-limited. No system is perfect, so if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.
GCH Cleaner is a tool for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top and, for anything significant, we let account holders know by e-mail.

O GCH Cleaner guarda o seu nome, e-mail e telefone/WhatsApp, a sua senha em forma criptografada (não conseguimos lê-la), e as informações que você cadastra sobre o seu negócio: clientes, endereços, serviços, equipe, faturas e lançamentos financeiros. Guardamos também um cookie de sessão e o seu IP nos registros de segurança, para barrar tentativas de invasão.
Localização: com a sua permissão, o app usa a localização do aparelho para traçar a rota até o endereço do serviço (abrindo Google Maps ou Waze) e para registrar o check-in e o check-out da equipe no local. A localização é lida apenas enquanto você usa essas funções, nunca para publicidade e nunca para rastrear você em outros apps ou sites.
Notificações: os lembretes por WhatsApp, e-mail ou push são enviados apenas para os contatos que você cadastra, apenas para os agendamentos que você cria, e somente com a função ativada. Dá para desligar a qualquer momento dentro do app.
Pagamentos: processados pela Stripe. Dados de cartão não passam pelo nosso servidor. Só o dono da empresa paga a assinatura — os clientes dele não pagam nada pelo app.
Promoções: podemos exibir promoções e sugestões dos nossos próprios planos e recursos na página de promoções do próprio aplicativo. São ofertas nossas, exibidas dentro do app, sem rede de anúncios e sem venda ou compartilhamento dos seus dados.
Não vendemos os seus dados, não exibimos anúncios de terceiros e não usamos os contatos dos seus clientes para nada nosso. Cada conta é isolada das outras.
Excluir a conta: você pode apagar sua conta e todos os dados pelo próprio aplicativo, nas configurações da conta, ou pedir a exclusão escrevendo para contact@greatconnecthub.com. Também pode pedir para ver, corrigir ou exportar os seus dados. Respondemos em até 30 dias. Ao encerrar a conta, apagamos os dados do seu negócio em até 90 dias, salvo o que a lei obriga a manter.
